Yes, this course is designed to get you started with the right habits and methods. You can build your skill from there with experience, but you will come out of this class with the skills necessary to complete a full flowering cycle from seed or clone. You will also learn some of the more advanced skills necessary to achieve high yields.

  • Why is this course more expensive than other grow classes I see online?

All of the other courses we have seen are a bunch of online videos or tutorials. We don't feel there is anything wrong with that, but we also feel that hands-on and in-person learning is the way to really get the skills you need in a short amount of time. Think of it as a boot-camp for growers. When you are done with the 9 hours, you will be in grower-shape. You can still Google all of the grower information you want after our course, but after our course you will have the foundation to know what is real and what is not.

  • Is this class legal since we are including hands-on time with plants?

Yes, the plants you will be working with are high CBD hemp plants. In the stages we will be handline them they are identical to many of the high THC strains we all grow. However, this ensures there is no issue with plant handling. If you are looking to learn to grow so you can grow your own CBD rich hemp, then all the better to learn hands-on with that plant.

  • Do you teach a specific type of growing methodology?

Yes and no, we will focus on top feeding with some type of soil of coco medium but we will also speak to hydroponic growing methodologies. We do recommend starting like this as a beginner and this course is aimed at the basics of growing. You can only cover so much in a day and hydroponics is a whole different day of class.

  • What topics are/aren't covered during in this course?

This course does not cover employment or other aspects of the commercial Cannabis industry. The focus of the class is to learn how to take a Cannabis plant from seed of clone through flower and the harvest cycle. This will be discussed at a home grow level in terms of scale. Home grow setups will be discussed in detail but commercial scale will not be a focus of this class.

  • How long is the course?

The course is from 9 am until 6 PM. There will be a one hour break for lunch so class will be a total of 8 hours including lecture time, hands on work with plants, and discussion time.

  • What should I bring when I attend the course?

You will want to be in comfortable clothes that you are okay getting a little dirty, you will be handling plants in soil. It is a long day and you will be absorbing a lot of information, so comfort is a big help. We will be in a classroom setting all day.

  • What will I receive to take home after the course?

The classroom manual is a complete and comprehensive grow manual. It is yours to keep and you are encouraged to take notes as the class is taught. This class and the accompanying handbook are organized to help you succeed as you take your new skills into your own grow.

  • Is this course for CBD (hemp) home growing and cultivation or for regular Cannabis (high THC)?

This course will teach you either. We have grown and do grow both and other than some nutrient differences we have learned, they can be handled in the same way. After the course the skills you have can be applied to either and you will know what the slight differences are in what they need.
